💳 Refund and Cancellation Method

1. Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

If you change your mind right after ordering, you must request a cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) of placing your order.

  • The Cancellation Button: To cancel an order immediately without waiting for support, simply click the "Cancel Order" button located in your order confirmation page, your customer portal, or our website footer. Follow the quick two-step prompt to confirm your cancellation.

  • Alternative Method: If you cannot access the button, email us immediately at Support@pixelworldshop.com with your order number.

  • Once submitted within the 24-hour window, the order will be cancelled automatically and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method instantly.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy (No Return Needed)

You have 14 calendar days from the day your package is delivered to request a full refund for any reason.

  • Keep the Item: We do not accept physical returns and do not have drop-off locations. If you request a refund within 14 days, you do not need to ship the item back.

  • How to claim your refund: You can use the automated request button on our storefront footer, or simply email us at Support@pixelworldshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

  • The Payout: Once processed, we will refund 100% of your total payment (including your original shipping costs) back to your original payment method.

📦 Lost or Damaged Items

We understand that issues can happen in transit. Here's how we handle them:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged, we will offer you a free replacement.

  • Lost or Stolen in Transit:
    If your order is lost or stolen in transit and cannot be recovered within 30 days of the order date, it will be considered lost. In such cases, we will reship the item free of charge or offer a full refund. You will be notified via email with all the relevant details.

⏳ Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

If you do not see the refund after this time:

  1. Please contact us to confirm the refund was initiated properly.
