If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement. -
Lost in Transit:
If your order is lost in transit and cannot be recovered within 30 days of the order date, it will be considered lost. In such cases, we will reship the item free of charge or offer a full refund. You will be notified via email with all the relevant details.
Please notice that we only apply this policy for orders with Shipping Protection on, If you choose to decline protection, any loss or damage during shipping becomes the carrier’s responsibility, and we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds.
